  Getting much better. The night staff used to be bad for never having dark roast on but now they have it every night and know my order by heart. I appreciate the effort they are making to be better.

  I was so unhappy with my visit today. I wanted breakfast which is what was up on the board to only be informed it was no longer available. I was obviously upset about it and made a complaint. After the manager apologized, all seemed ok until an employee, named Shannon, started to make snide comments to another employee about how she would not behave like that in front of her children I informed her that I could hear her and then she said I was being racist. I have a part native son and can happily and easily say I am not the least racist. But this woman's behaviour and attitude was not only representing herself at tim hortons but her entire community from where she resides. I want my children to have be strong and able to speak for themselves.

  Always big lineups. Staff often outnumber the orders coming in and yet this still cant seem to reign it in. Staff don't seem stupid and theyre always moving. So it's a management issue.
