  Breakfast is my favourite meal and the Old Fork has the very best breakfast in Duncan! Service is quick and efficient for a bite before work, and my server Dara was exactly what a server should be. Fast and friendly and doing her job perfectly.

  We were staying at the Ramada and we decided to try this place for breakfast. It was very busy when we arrived, and were told by the people in line to write our name down on the list. When we went to do this, the hostess came up and was very annoyed. She was very flustered, took the list, rolled her eyes and walked away, not taking our names down. We continued to stand there and she came up to look at the list and called out the name at the top, and refused to acknowledge us. So we left. Also, they don't do room service when they're busy, so if you're staying at the hotel and want to eat at meal time, you're SOL.

  I wish I'd tried this place sooner. I've only been once, for breakfast, but I was pretty blown away with the food-for-value. I had the breakfast poutine for $9 and it was very tasty, and filling. The servers were friendly, service prompt, and I like what they've done with the interior: rustic but not tacky. One of the best breakfasts in Duncan.
