  We had a great staff dinner here and we bring many guests. We've always enjoyed great service and outstanding meals. Favorites are: Halibut, Snapper, Risotto, Salads, and corpse reviver cocktail!

  We had dinner there last night. The food was exceptional. My wife had surf & turf (Pork belly and scallops) and I had Beef chins. The food exceeded our expectations. They were kind enough to prepare an 'off the menu' pasta dish for our daughter. Our only complaint was the length of time it took for the food to arrive. The service was friendly but slow. It would have been nice had they offered some 'bread' or something to take the edge off our hunger. Overall a good culinary experience.

  Went here for lunch on the first day of our honeymoon. Amazing food, great service, delicious wine... What a perfect way to start our vacation!

  Noticed a high stars (4.7) restaurant on gmaps and went to eat lunch. I was not disappointed. They featured delicious food, great local beer and great service. While sitting here, I had time to read the lone 3 and 4 star reviews. I personally did not get a cracked plate and did not see any typos on the menu. Since when do the plates and menu editting make a person dish out a rating lower than the quality of the food and service they were given. Both reviews stated the food and service were great then low rates based on superficial nonsense. Regardless, I had an amazing fish and chips with a surprisingly tasty slaw with a tart apple flavour. The patio area was beautiful and relaxing. Great spot, go check it out.

  Went to Hudson's on First with two special friends to celebrate! We had a marvellous time. The service was top notch. The wine recommended to go with three different meals was appreciated by all of us. We had lots of fun tasting each other appies and main courses and every bite was delicious. I was also very impressed with the portion size. I will be returning with my husband confident that his appetite will be satisfied.
